A Tool to Discover My True Self

 I see Nia as a tool for my body to evolve.

 As my body evolves, my life also evolves.

My body has learned to move more organically with Nia respecting its  form and functions.

My curiosity has increased through the years and my creativity too. I have learned how to manage my emotions and discover my inner pulsation.
